Genshin Impact Version 3.4 has recently released with new events, quests and rewards. Here’s how many Primogems are available during the patch.
With Genshin Impact Version 3.4 underway, many fans are excited for the opportunity to Wish for new characters like Alhaitham and Yaoyao or save for the recently announced newcomers Dehya and Mika. However, many players, for one reason or another, lack the current supply of Primogems and Intertwined Fates to substantially Wish on any banner. Luckily, since this patch is filled to the brim with rewards, players will have many opportunities to earn large amounts of resources thanks to free Primogems in Genshin Impact 3.4.
Usually, during each Genshin Impact patch, most Primogems that are available usually come from Daily Commissions and events. However, when an update adds a new zone, like Genshin Impact 3.4’s Desert of Hadramaveth, players can expect another large sum of Primogems from various quests, chests, and challenges the area provides. Finally, smaller sources of Primogems can come from web events, promo codes, and character trials.
How Many Free Primogems Are In The Genshin Impact 3.4 Update
HoYoLAB user SoraHoshina has released a rough estimate totaling the amount of Primogems players can expect from Genshin Impact Version 3.4, using previous patch trends, and consistent content to come to a tentative number. Those who play Genshin Impact for free can expect around 10,100 Primogems, totaling at around 63 Wishes, as well as an additional 19 Acquaint Fates and 25 Intertwined Fates. For pay-to-play, players can expect 14,560 Primogems in Genshin Impact 3.4, amounting to around 91 Wishes, as well as 19 Acquaint Fate and 29 Intertwined Fates.
Which Genshin Impact Version 3.4 Activities Award Primogems
Any player wanting to get the most resources should prioritize Genshin Impact‘s Daily Commissions, events, and the Spiral Abyss, each of which provides a bulk of the Primogems available. Daily Commissions provide a total of 2,520 Primogems, but only if players log in every day to claim their Daily Commissions rewards. Each day players miss is 60 Primogems from the total that will be unable to be obtained. Events count for around 2,260 Primogems while the Spiral Abyss counts for 1,800 Primogems, meaning much like with commissions, players should make sure to complete these before they finish or reset.
While Genshin Impact 3.4’s new zone accounts for around 2,000 Primogems, obtaining these rewards is a low priority since they are not time sensitive and can be completed at any time. The rest of the free rewards come from in-game mail, web events, quests, and achievements accounting for the last 1,520 Primogems and 15 Intertwined Fates with an additional 5 Acquaint Fates from Genshin Impact’s battle pass. Pay-to-play Travelers can expect an extra 3,780 Primogems from Genshin Impact’s Blessing of the Welkin Moon with 4 Intertwined Fates and 680 Primogems coming from the upgraded battle pass, Gnostic Hymn.
While this is just a rough estimate of the amount of Primogems available, it should be enough to help players plan for new characters coming in the future. With the recently announced Genshin Impact 3.5 character Dehya on the horizon, and Alhaitham currently available, hopefully, these rewards will be enough to meet players’ Wishing goals thanks to Genshin Impact Version 3.4’s Primogems.
