Police have said a woman’s body has been found on a beach in Sussex.
It is believed to be that of a woman who went missing from London and was found by a member of the public this morning.
Officers were called at around 6.40am to the coastal town.
Sussex Police said in a statement: ‘Sadly a body of a woman was found on Seaford Beach on Sunday morning (March 12).
‘Enquiries are ongoing but the family of Olga Jarosz who was missing from London have been informed.
‘The death is not being treated as suspicious and the coroner has been notified.’
A spokeswoman said the body hasn’t been formally identified, but they did believe Olga, 40, had been in the east Sussex area.
An appeal to find Olga was issued by Sussex Police on Tuesday.
It said: ‘We’re concerned for Olga, 40, who is missing from London and believed to have travelled to Eastbourne.
‘Searches have been carried out in the area and are ongoing at this time.’
